K-SWISS' CAMPAIGN CONTINUES W/ATHLETES WORKING FOR A LIVING

K-Swiss features WR Darnell McDonald, the Bucs seventh-
round draft choice, and OL Kris Farris, the Steelers' third-
round pick, in its "second wave of commercials featuring
young" pro athletes "working hard to reach the highest level
of their respective sports," according to Carter Gaddis of
the TAMPA TRIBUNE. The spots began airing nationally last
week on MTV, BET and ESPN, among other networks. Brian
Edmonds of Advantage Int'l said, "Darnell really kind of fit
the mold of what they were looking for. He was a guy who
worked hard, but wasn't necessarily the best receiver coming
out. And they knew that" (TAMPA TRIBUNE, 7/12).
