EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          ESPN promoted TOM CLENDENIN to VP/Advertising &
     Promotion, where he will develop and implement the marketing
     and creative services for ESPN, ESPN2, ESPN Classic and
     ESPNews.  Clendenin was ESPN's Dir of Advertising &
     Promotion (ESPN)....JEFFREY HWANG was named CFO for American
     Sports History Inc. (AMSH).  Hwang was J.P. Morgan
     VP/Capital Markets & Syndications.  HAYS & COMPANY has been
     selected as AMSH's new independent auditors while SALANS,
     HERTZFELD, HEILBRONN CHRISTY & VIENER has been retained as
     AMSH's outside legal counsel (AMSH)....NJ-based Worldwide
     Entertainment & Sports named CHARLES KOPPELMAN to its Board
     of Directors.  Coppelman is currently CAK Universal Credit
     Corp. Chair & CEO.  Also, LAURENCE GOTTLIEB was named
     Worldwide Entertainment & Sports Exec VP.  He was VP at CAK
     Universal Credit Corp (Worldwide Sports & Entertainment).
