          USTA Dir of Events & Special Projects TODD PARKER has
     resigned to accept a position as Dir of Eastern Sales &
     Marketing with online media company Affiliation Networks
     (THE DAILY)....The T'Wolves announced three promotions: JEFF
     MUNNEKE to Dir of Ticket Sales; PAUL KEMBLE to Corporate
     Sales Manager; BRYANT PFEIFFER to Assistant Manager of
     Ticket Sales (T'Wolves)....The Maple Leafs "withdrew a
     contract offer" to Associate GM MIKE SMITH over his "battle
     for autonomy" (TORONTO STAR, 6/24)....IHL Blades Senior
     VP/Business Operations MIKE BEHYMER is leaving to become
     Mizzou Sports Properties GM, which manages broadcast,
     sponsorship and advertising rights for Univ. of MO athletics
     (K.C. STAR, 6/24)....IHL Blades President & CEO DAN DEVOS
     was named IHL Chair of the Board (Blades).
