EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          News Corp. will announce today that Fox's DAVID HILL
     has been named its "world-wide head of sports," responsible
     for all global sports business (WALL STREET JOURNAL,
     6/17)....GREG NORMAN's Great White Shark Enterprises (GWSE)
     has retained RICK HORROW as Development Advisor.  Horrow,
     who serves as President of FL-based Horrow Sports Ventures,
     will assist the company in areas such as overall
     development, marketing, sponsorship, merchandising, real
     estate and golf course development/design and potential
     crossover ventures to other major sports (GWSE)....Univ. of
     Denver Assistant AD for PR JEFF HOWARD has left to become
     VP/Communications for RHI (DENVER POST, 6/15).
