EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          PIERRE BOIVIN has resigned as President & CEO of Bauer
     Nike Hockey to pursue new opportunities.  He will continue
     in his role while assisting Bauer Nike Hockey in the search
     for a replacement (Bauer Nike)....MICHAEL DOWNEY was named
     Senior VP/Marketing for the SkyDome.  Downey was VP/Sales &
     Marketing with Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Ltd (GLOBE
     & MAIL, 5/27)....Former IHL Ice Dogs CEO JOANN KLONOWSKI
     will be named Managing Dir of the Paralympics by the SLOC
     today.  She will start on September 7 after staging the
     Women's World Cup Finals at the Rose Bowl (SALT LAKE
     TRIBUNE, 5/27)....MARK FEINSAND was named Regional Associate
     Producer at Fox Sports Online.  Feinsand was Assistant
     Editor of THE SPORTS BUSINESS DAILY (THE DAILY)....MARK
     SWANSON was named Managing Editor at SportsLine USA. 
     Swanson previously was Deputy Managing Editor (THE DAILY).
