IS THERE A SLEW OF DEALS AFFIRMED FOR CHARISMATIC, ANTLEY?

Bob and Beverly Lewis, owners of Kentucky Derby and
Preakness Stakes winner Charismatic, have granted the
thoroughbred's licensing and merchandising rights to NTRA
Properties. A portion of the royalties from sales of
licensed Charismatic merchandise will go to horse industry-
related charities, including NTRA Charities (NTRA).
OUT OF THE GATE: Triple Crown title sponsor Visa USA is
planning a "Good Luck Charismatic" TV spot to run before the
Belmont Stakes on June 5 (SPORTSBUSINESS JOURNAL, 5/24).
CHRIS CROSS: The DAILY RACING FORM's Steve Andersen
wrote that Charismatic jockey Chris Antley "admits to being
surprised at the number of interview requests he has
received" since his Kentucky Derby and Preakness wins.
Antley is scheduled to appear on ESPN's "Up Close" tonight,
ABC's "GMA" on June 2 and "possibly" the "Late Show" in the
days before the Belmont. Antley will also ring the opening
bell of the stock market during Belmont week and "possibly"
appear on CNBC's "Squawk Box" (DAILY RACING FORM, 5/26).
