          PREMIERE's annual ranking of the "100 Most Powerful
     People in Hollywood" lists News Corp. Chair RUPERT MURDOCH
     No. 1.  Regency Enterprises Chair ARNON MILCHAN is ranked
     No. 45 and his "weakness" is listed as being "more
     interested in sports than movies."  Milchan reportedly
     became "furious" when LEONARDO DICAPRIO "didn't wear Pumas"
     in Fox's "The Beach."  Milchan's company owns 25% of Puma.
     Imagine Entertainment Owner/Producer BRIAN GRAZER is ranked
     No. 27 and PREMIERE notes that Imagine is "considering
     buying" the CBA and would "transform the bush-league hoops
     circuit into sportz with attitude" (PREMIERE, 6/99 issue).
     ...Staff Sgt. CHRISTOPHER STONE, who was a captive in
     Serbia, was a guest of Red Wings Owner MIKE ILITCH during
     last night's playoff game against the Avalanche (Mult.,
     5/12).  Meanwhile, an L.A. federal judge has handed the
     ILITCH family a "major victory" by dismissing a $100M
     lawsuit filed by New Line Cinema, which accused Little
     Caesars of backing out of deal to promote the film "Lost in
     Space" (DETROIT FREE PRESS, 5/12). ...Falcons RB JAMAL
     ANDERSON will make a guest appearance on the WB's "For Your
     Love" this Thursday at 9:30pm ET (Star Care Management).
     ...Russian Figure Skater PASHA GRISHUK appears as herself on
     tonight's episode of "Beverly Hills: 90210" (Riprock).
     ...OSCAR ROBERTSON will autograph copies of his book, "The
     Art of Basketball," at the NBA Store in N.Y. today (NBA)
