OGDEN DENIES IT IS GOING THROUGH THE MOTIONS AT KINGDOME

During the first two Mariners homestands, fans have
"complained" about concessions at the Kingdome, including
long lines, closed counters and food shortages, according to
Bob Sherwin of the SEATTLE TIMES. The stadium's
concessionaire is Ogden, and GM Richard Wellfinger said the
group is "not running down its stock" for the final 25 home
dates before the Mariners move to Safeco Field on July 15.
Wellfinger: "Nothing is different from years past. ... We're
still going to be here this fall with the Seahawks." Volume
Services will replace Ogden at Safeco (SEATTLE TIMES, 4/29).
