     RYAN, will "not be reprimanded" after being arrested for
     "sunbathing nude on a beach."  Ryan: "He has embarrassed
     himself, me, the organization and his family.  We will leave
     it at that."  McIlvaine paid a $1,000 fine (La Velle Neal,
     Minneapolis STAR TRIBUNE, 4/21)....Broncos RB TERRELL DAVIS,
     on speaking before the U.S. Senate Committee on Energy and
     Natural Resources and touting the benefits of playing Pop
     Warner football: "I was a little nervous. ... I'm in a
     position where I can influence other people, I can make
     changes by showing up here" (DENVER POST, 4/21)....Titleist
     President WALLY UIHLEIN, on rumors he is hiring IMG agent
     HUGHES NORTON after the two were seen "in what appeared to
     be high-level talks" at The Masters: "I have no problem
     being seen in public communication with him while others
     treat him as a leper.  My life has been spent championing
     both the victorious and the vanquished.  But we don't have
     any plans to work together" (GOLF WORLD, 4/16).....Following
     up on yesterday's story on UT landscaper MARK WOODLAND
     threatening to kill IHL UT Grizzlies Owner DAVE ELMORE over
     a past due bill:  The dispute was resolved last week after
     Elmore paid a $7,800 balance (S.L. TRIBUNE, 4/21).
