EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          RON SEMIAO was promoted to VP/Programming at ESPN.
     Semiao has served as Dir of Programming at ESPN2 since '95
     (ESPN)....KATHY MILTHORPE was named the LPGA Tour's Senior
     VP and CFO.  Milthorpe was Tournament Dir of the Senior PGA
     Tour Bank One Championship (LPGA)....MARK DINARDO was named
     VP/Technology and TOM HARTMAN Dir of Information at
     Philadelphia-based Comcast-Spectacor (C-S)....PAM KASSNER is
     leaving Edelman Worldwide Chicago to become Dir Corporate
     Communications at USG Corp. (CHICAGO TRIBUNE, 4/19).....SUE
     ABRUZZESE-THORMAN was promoted to VP/Business Development
     for L.A.-based WorldLink.  She most recently served as
     VP/Program Sales for Fox Sports Net (WorldLink).
