     VP and CFO.  Milthorpe was Tournament Dir of the Senior PGA
     Tour Bank One Championship (LPGA)....MARK DINARDO was named
     VP/Technology and TOM HARTMAN Dir of Information at
     Philadelphia-based Comcast-Spectacor (C-S)....PAM KASSNER is
     leaving Edelman Worldwide Chicago to become Dir Corporate
     Communications at USG Corp. (CHICAGO TRIBUNE, 4/19).....SUE
     ABRUZZESE-THORMAN was promoted to VP/Business Development
     for L.A.-based WorldLink.  She most recently served as
     VP/Program Sales for Fox Sports Net (WorldLink).
