LOOK AT JULIE DOWN BELOW, KICKING A DOCTOR ACROSS THE ROOM

U.S. Women's national soccer team member Julie Foudy
appears in a new 30-second Bud Light spot from DDB Needham,
Chicago titled "Reflex Action." The ad opens with Foudy
waiting in an examination room for her doctor. When the
doctor shows up, he checks her vital signs and then says,
"Let me check one last thing." He then proceeds to tap her
knee with a rubber hammer to check her reflexes, causing her
to kick him across the room. The spot then cuts to game
footage of Foudy, with her name displayed on screen. The
final sequence shows the doctor, still dazed on the floor,
whispering, "Reflexes: good." Bud Light is identified as an
official sponsor of the '99 Women's World Cup (THE DAILY).
PICTURE THIS: L.A.-based Allsport Photography has
become an official equipment supplier and the "Preferred
Photo Provider" of Women's World Cup '99 (WWC).
