EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          MLS Fusion COO BETTY D'ANJOLELL has resigned, with her
     responsibilities being assumed by other members of the
     Fusion front office, as well as KEN CHARTIER and DOUG
     HAMILTON of CC&C Management Group, the team's marketing
     firm.  D'Anjolell was unavailable for comment (Ft.
     Lauderdale SUN-SENTINEL, 3/31)....CARL SHARPERSON was named
     Dunlop Maxfli Sports Corporation VP/Golf Manufacturing. 
     Sharperson will be responsible for the production of all
     golf ball manufacturing in North America (Maxfli)....The
     Dallas Convention & Visitors Bureau has named NANCY LEWIS as
     Convention Manager.  Lewis' responsibilities include
     assisting with site visits and local arrangements (DC&VB).
