CLICK AND SCORE: ESPN LINKS W/NHL ON ACTION AND FANTASY GAME

          ESPN Internet Ventures (EIV) will produce and develop a
     co-branded NHL Gamecast application and NHL Fantasy Game in
     conjunction with NHL Interactive.  EIV will also produce NHL
     video highlights, which will be featured on ESPN.com.  The
     Fantasy game and Gamecast application will be available to
     both ESPN.com and NHL.com users through the end of the 2000-
     2001 season.  Gamecast will feature the use of statistical
     data generated from the NHL Real Time Scoring System.  EIV
     and the NHL will support the partnership by cross-promotion
     in the form of links and contextual windows on both Web
     sites.  EIV will also provide on-air promo support via ESPN
     (ESPN Internet Ventures).
