          NOTES: The "NBA on NBC" has a season average rating of
     4.6/11, even with last year's 4.6/12 (NBC)....The "NHL on
     Fox" is averaging a 1.4/3 season average, down 13% from last
     year's 1.6/4 through the same week (Fox)....ABC's telecast
     of the Cracker Barrel 500 improved on the '98 cable rating
     of 2.7, which was moved to a Monday broadcast on ESPN due to
     rain on Sunday, and its '97 national rating of a 5.5.  To
     date, NASCAR Winston Cup Series network ratings are
     averaging a 7.1 (NASCAR)....Fox Sports Midwest received a
     preliminary 6.2 rating in Indianapolis for the Pacers-Hawks
     game Tuesday, making it the second highest rated Pacers
     telecast in FSMW history (Fox)....The Evert Cup women's
     tennis final at Indian Wells last Saturday on ESPN scored a
     1.37 rating, up 300% from '98's final (THE DAILY).  For the
     broadcast numbers, one ratings point = 972,000 homes.  For
     cable ratings, "Cov. Area" represents % of homes tuned in to
     that program in that network's universe of subscribers.
