NO TICKETS FOR YOU: The Red Sox announced that no
tickets will be made available to the public for the July 13
All-Star Game at Fenway Park. The team said that two-thirds
of the 33,871 seats will be set aside for season-ticket
holders, while the remaining seats go to MLB (BOSTON GLOBE,
3/17)....In Toronto, Damien Cox writes that an NHL franchise
needs "to go bust," because "until there's at least the
slightest concrete indication" that teams are "struggling to
make ends meet ... exactly nothing will happen to aid" them.
Cox, on possible Canadian gov't assistance: "Without the
league or union willing to pitch in, any level of government

if "no concessions are made" on current WTA Tour age
restrictions, then they will "sue" the Tour "if it persists
in preventing their daughter" from going pro. But WTA Tour
CEO Bart McGuire said the age eligibility rule is one "we
