     former Head Sports CEO CARL HELMETAG as Chair of the Board
     for SnowSports Industries America.  Burton is the first
     chair from the snowboard business (SGB, 2/8 issue)....ISI
     President & CEO FRANK VUONO will serve on NJ-based
     Justballs! Board of Directors (Justballs!)....MICHAEL CONN,
     formerly Gruntal & Co. VP/Research, joined PA-based Global
     Sports as Senior VP/Strategic Development (Global Sports).
