     manager PETER O'MALLEY as he prepares to explain why he
     withdrew his C$1M donation to Ottawa's National Arts Centre
     (OTTAWA SUN, 1/26)....MARK MCGWIRE will appear in the
     February 22 episode of NBC's "Mad About You" (Mult.,
     1/25)....Dolphins LB ZACH THOMAS, on why nobody came to his
     assistance as he was being robbed during a recent trip to
     N.Y.: "They're big time Jets fans over there" (MIAMI HERALD,
     1/26)....Sports management agency KSR SPORTS was profiled by
     Brenda Bouw of the FINANCIAL POST.  The Canadian
     organization is "staking its reputation on being a 'new
     breed' of sports agents" (FINANCIAL POST, 1/25)....After his
     baseball-themed movie "FOR LOVE OF THE GAME" ran into
     "budget snarls," KEVIN COSTNER has given up his $20M
     guaranteed salary in exchange for a cut of the first-dollar

     ties" with her longtime adviser DIETER DEHM.  Witt said that
