     KELLMEYER to Senior VP.  She has been Dir of Operations
     since '78; BLAIR CAPLE, who joined the Tour as Interim Dir
     of Finance last summer, to CFO, and JOE FAVORITO to VP/
     Communications & Development.  He has been Dir of
     Communications since '96 (WTA Tour)....KEVIN ADLER of PGI
     Group has moved to Starcom Sports Marketing to handle
     Allstate's Women's World Cup sponsorship (BRANDWEEK, 1/11
     issue)...ESPN Internet Ventures named GREG REGIS
     VP/Advertising Sales.  Regis, an Account Exec for ESPN since
     '90, will oversee all sales efforts for EIV (ESPN).
