WOMEN'S SPORTS FOUNDATION: AWARD AND GRANTS MANAGER NEEDED

          The Women's Sports Foundation seeks an Awards and
     Grants Manager.  Responsibilities include management of
     external grant, award and community based programs;
     supervision of interns and staff of above programs, liaison
     with corporate sponsors on funded grant programs,
     communicate with grant applicants, award nominees and
     Trustees.  Responsible to Associate Exec Dir for Programs. 
     QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree; experience in program
     management; managerial/supervisory skills; organizational,
     research/writing skills; corporate relations; various
     computer skills. A minimum of three years experience in
     similar position required.  A good knowledge of sports,
     excellent verbal communications is a must.  Must work well
     with others.  Salary is competitive.  Excellent benefits.  
          SPEAKER SERVICE PROGRAM CONSULTANT: National, non-
     profit seeks full time consultant to grow Speaker Service
     Program.  Responsibilities include marketing program; handle
     detail arrangements; maintain database and report
     generation.  Reports to Director of Athlete Services. 
     REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree, excellent
     organizational/communication skills; experience in bookings
     or related activities; pleasant phone voice; knowledge of
     women's sports helpful.  Nassau County-based.
