THE LITTLE BIG MAN: DOUG FLUTIE SIGNS BOOK DEAL

          Doubleday has picked up the rights to Bills QB Doug
     Flutie's new book, "Little Big Man: My Plan for Winning the
     Game of Life," according to Keith Kelly of the N.Y. POST. 
     Doubleday Acquiring Editor Shawn Coyne: "We think it's more
     than a sports bio - it's a motivational book."  Kelly
     reported that the book will be released in September with a
     first printing estimate of 60,000 copies (N.Y POST, 1/11).
