UP IN THE RAFTER: LIBERTYONE/U.S OPEN CHAMP INK ONLINE DEAL

          Australia-based Internet company LibertyOne is
     "expected" to announce a marketing agreement with U.S. Open
     tennis champion Patrick Rafter, according to Kevin Morrison
     of the Melbourne AGE.  LibertyOne "hopes to introduce a
     range of products" that Rafter will endorse to sell via the
     Internet, but none have been developed so far.  One of
     LibertyOne's "main revenue drivers" is its 70% interest in
     Greg Norman Interactive, which gives it "exclusive rights
     for 15 years to devise, build and market" Norman's Internet
     presence.  Morrison writes that deal "should expand next
     year ... [to] include the sale of Norman's golf accessories
     or clothing."  Norman and LibertyOne share the revenue from
     all sales on the Internet (Melbourne AGE, 12/14).
