PREMIER SOCCER ALLIANCE ADDS HOUSTON AND MONTERREY

          The Premier Soccer Alliance (PSA) will expand to
     Houston and Monterrey for the '99 season and to St. Louis
     starting in 2000.  PSA President Gordon Jago said that three
     additional applicants are "currently being considered for
     acceptance" to begin play in '99.  A final decision will be
     made following further review.  The league also "expects
     further expansion in the Central and Eastern US" for the
     2000 season (PSA).  In Dallas, Keith Whitmire reports that
     the PSA will also join with the U.K.'s Pro Indoor Football
     League for int'l play in '99 (DALLAS MORNING NEWS, 12/11).
