          Penguins co-Owner Howard Baldwin said he "expects new
     ownership to arise from the team's bankruptcy proceedings,
     and that he does not anticipate being a major part of it." 
     Baldwin: "I'd love to be involved, but in a minority way"
     (TRIBUNE-REVIEW, 12/10)....In Chicago, Ron Rapoport predicts
     that White Sox Chair Jerry Reinsdorf will sell the team "by
     midnight Dec. 31, 1999," because they are "going to be so
     frustrating even for Reinsdorf to watch" (CHICAGO SUN-TIMES,
     12/10)....The Cleveland Browns Foundation charity arm "will
     be administered" by retiring U.S. District Judge George
     White.  White will begin March 1 (Clev. PLAIN DEALER, 12/9).
