LEIGH STEINBERG SAYS DECISION ON SALE LIKELY COMING SOON

          During a chat session on ESPN.com, Leigh Steinberg said
     he has "been talking with several different prospective
     buyers" for his firm, Steinberg & Moorad: "I'm very happy
     with our practice as it now exists, but some of these larger
     corporations offer a variety of contacts and services that
     could really benefit and enhance our clients' situations.
     ... I will probably decide in the next week or two which
     direction we will take.  If we engaged in some form of a
     sale, my life would not change dramatically -- I would still
     spend all of my time working with my clients" (ESPN.com).
