EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          Reebok named Rockport President & CEO ANGEL MARTINEZ to
     the "vacant post" of CMO at Reebok Int'l's Reebok-brand (AD
     AGE, 10/26)....The Bucs have dismissed VP/Marketing &
     Communications RICK MCNERNEY.  McNerney spent two years with
     the Bucs and "was believed to be one of the highest-paid
     non-football employees in the NFL."  McNerney: "I guess they
     came to a juncture and wanted to go with a different
     managerial style."  The team has not named a successor (Rick
     Stroud, ST. PETERSBURG TIMES, 10/25)....The Orioles signed
     FRANK WREN to a three-year deal as the team's GM.  Wren was
     Assistant GM for the Marlins (Baltimore SUN, 10/25).
