WILL LEFT FIELD HR SEATS BE MOST EXPENSIVE AT BUSCH?

          The MLB Cardinals will raise ticket prices in '99
     11.8%, or an average of $1.92 a seat, according to Dan
     Caesar of the ST. LOUIS POST-DISPATCH.  All seats will cost
     at least $1 more, and "for the first time, bleachers won't
     be the cheapest Busch Stadium seats," as their $8 price will
     be $1 more than the upper terrace reserved tickets.  Team
     President Mark Lamping said that the team plans to "maintain
     a payroll in the upper third of teams" in MLB.  The largest
     increase will be $3, for field and loge boxes, to $27 and
     $25, respectively (ST. LOUIS POST-DISPATCH, 10/15).
