MARKETPLACE ROUND-UP

While Cavs second-year G Derek Anderson has dropped his
agent Eric Rudolph and signed with rapper Master P's No
Limit Sports Management, Rudolph said he holds no grudges.
Rudolph: "The fact that I lost him to a rapper doesn't upset
me because I'm a basketball man. Derek thinks he can get
some things from Master P that I can't give him. ... He
thinks his face should be in every possible situation. With
me, we got Brand (Michael) Jordan and Coca-Cola in
Cleveland, which was pretty good for the 13th pick in the
draft." Anderson, who has a tattoo of Master P's "No Limit"
motto, is appearing in music videos filmed with Master P in
L.A. over the summer (AKRON BEACON JOURNAL, 10/15)....Lions
QB Charlie Batch will endorse Zing, a sports energy drink.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Elmer Heinrich,
President of Zing developer, OK-based Rockland Corp.: "We
checked him out and found he was a young man of pretty high
character and good morals" (DETROIT NEWS, 10/15).
