Blackmun had been a Managing Partner of the CO-based law firm Hogan & Hartson since '94 (USOC)....The 76ers named KAREN FRASCONA Dir of Communications. Frascona served as Associate AD/Media Relations at Villanova Univ. (76ers)....The Marketing Arm hired GWIN BARR, former SI Sports Marketing Manager, to open its office in Charlotte, NC. Barr will be responsible for leveraging corporate sports sponsorship for companies based in NC and SC and expanding NASCAR promo involvement (TMA).
