JOHN MOAG TO STEP DOWN AS CHAIR OF MD STADIUM AUTHORITY

          JOHN MOAG "will step down" as Chair of the MD Stadium
     Authority (MSA) following the November election, according
     to Jon Morgan of the Baltimore SUN.  Moag, who as been at
     MSA since '95, now heads a new sports-finance consulting
     practice at Legg Mason Wood Walker.  Moag: "This has been
     taxing."  Moag will "remain involved" in the Baltimore-DC
     joint bid for the 2008 Summer Olympic Games (SUN, 9/16).
