     their proposal to build a golf-and-tennis complex on about
     160 acres in Las Vegas.  A bid by the US/GP-LV Partnership
     calls for spending $60M to build an 18-hole golf course and
     a 2.9-mile Formula One race course (LAS VEGAS SUN, 8/26).
