PHILIP ANSCHUTZ ENVISIONS A NEW ENTERTAINMENT MARKETING ARM

          A new sports and entertainment marketing group called
     Envision "has been formed in a partnership" led by NHL Kings
     co-Owner Philip Anschutz, according to Wayne Friedman of the
     HOLLYWOOD REPORTER.  In making the announcement, Envision
     also said it will acquire Millennium Marketing, "an
     entertainment marketing group that has worked" on consumer
     product promos and marketing efforts, including Columbia
     TriStar Home Video, Universal Pictures and cable net FX. 
     Former ProServ Managing Dir Jeffrey Knapple will serve as
     Envision President.  Knapple recently handled the Staples
     Center naming rights deal.  Stacy Okonowsky, who was
     President & CEO of Millennium, will serve as Envision VP. 
     Friedman notes that in addition to entertainment marketing
     deals, Envision will continue to "strike agreements with
     major consumer products firms and other companies for
     stadium naming rights" (HOLLYWOOD REPORTER, 8/18).
