DEAL$ & DOLLAR$: STRIKE TEN LEGS IT OUT; ABL CRAFTS NEW DEAL

          Strike Ten Entertainment has signed No Nonsense Legwear
     as an official sponsor of the Professional Women's Bowling
     Assn. Tour (PWBA).  The deal includes product sampling and
     signage at tournament venues, sponsorship of bowling leagues
     in select areas and appearances by PWBA Tour members (Strike
     Ten). ...In other news, the PBA announced a multi-year deal
     with MO-based Tyler Mountain Water to produce and distribute
     the official water of the PBA tour (PBA).         
          BLANKET PARTY: MN-based WinCraft Sports and NY-based
     The Northwest Co. have signed on as official ABL licensees. 
     WinCraft will produce a variety of ABL souvenirs, including
     pennants, key rings and magnets, while The Northwest Co.
     will manufacture a series of ABL-licensed sports throw
     pillows and printed blankets (ABL). 
          SLEEPY ALLIGATOR: Izod Club, LizGolf, Sunderland, Peter
     Scott, Brighton Belts, Gilbert Hosiery and Hanes Hosiery
     will outfit the 12 U.S. team members, Captain Judy Rankin
     and LPGA staff and officials for the fifth biennial Solheim
     Cup.  Izod Club, the official golf apparel of the LPGA, will
     provide the U.S. Team and LPGA staff members with outfits,
     including shorts, shirts, sweaters and vests.  Sunderland of
     Scotland, the LPGA's official rainwear, will provide
     outerwear to LPGA staff, caddies and both teams (LPGA).
