SOMEWHERE OVER THE RAINBOW: GREENBERG TAPPED SPORTS VP

          Rainbow Media Holdings named ANDREA GREENBERG Exec VP
     of its Rainbow Sports division, according to Rich Katz of
     DAILY VARIETY.  The move makes Greenberg "one of the
     highest-ranking female executives in sports television."  In
     her new position, Greenberg will head the Fox Sports Net
     RSNs.  Greenberg, who will report directly to Rainbow
     President & CEO JOSH SAPAN, previously served as Senior VP/
     Business & Regulatory Affairs (DAILY VARIETY, 8/13).
