MEDIA NOTES

          On Monday, the PGA Tour will partner with GolfWeb, CBS
     SportsLine and USA Today Online to broadcast the finish of
     the AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am on www.pgatour.com. 
     The event will not be aired on live TV after it was
     postponed in January (PGA Tour)....In England, the
     Manchester United unveiled its TV station, MUTV, the first
     of its kind in soccer.  MUTV wil be launched on September 10
     on the Sky network, and will target about 4 million English
     supporters. The United teamed with Sky and Granada media to
     form the channel (AP/ESPN SportsZone, 8/12)....CBS
     SportsLine's Bob Keisser rated his top TV sports analysts,
     tabbing Fox's Cris Collinsworth at No. 1, because he is
     "totally unafraid to speak his mind."  ESPN/NBC's Joe Morgan
     was ranked No. 2 (CBS SportsLine, 8/12)....ESPN's Stuart
     Scott will host the preview show, "Edge NFL Matchup."  He
     will be joined by Ron Jaworski and Merril Hoge (ESPN).
