          Mattel's latest Hot Wheels line features "more than"
     500 racing-themed cars representing drivers and teams from
     NASCAR, the NHRA and CART.  Hot Wheels estimates that 15
     million kids ages 3-10 collect the cars, and that 41 million
     people have grown up buying them (DESERET NEWS, 7/26).
     ...Entrepreneurs are "hoping to cash in" on the PGA
     Championship next month at Sahalee Country Club in Redmond,
     WA.  Local company Tveten's RV is the "prime advertiser"
     among five businesses that bought a total of 68 30-second TV
     spots to be broadcast locally by TCI Media Services during
     TBS's coverage.  Tveten's RV will also have logo exposure on
     Mark Calcavecchia's sleeve (SEATTLE TIMES, 7/26).
     ...Budweiser has unveiled seven new radio spots touting its
     status as the Official Beer of MLB.  SF-based Goodby,
     Silverstein & Partners handles (BRANDWEEK, 7/27 issue).
