DENVER NOT DEFINITE LOCATION FOR REGGIE WHITE'S FILM STUDIO

REGGIE WHITE and execs of the planned REGGIE WHITE
STUDIOS (RWS) said yesterday that Denver "is being
considered for at least a portion" of the new film and TV
production company, according to Steve Raabe of the DENVER
POST. But RWS head of production Paul McKellips said sites
have not been finalized: "We've not even speculated on
locations." A press release said that RWS "is evaluating
Denver and Charlotte, NC, as potential sites for a studio
backlot and production facilities." Also, Rockies co-Owner
RICHARD MONFORT, one of the principal investors in the
business, "backed away from" a report that said $100M would
be invested in the venture. He said the initial investment
"would be closer to" $10M (DENVER POST, 6/11).
