          Lycos, Inc. has become title sponsor of the NASCAR
     Busch Grand National race, June 14 at Pikes Peak Int'l
     Raceway in CO.  The "Lycos.com 250" will be televised on
     ESPN.  Lycos, which also sponsors the Chevrolet driven by
     NASCAR driver Matt Kenseth, will also have product
     demonstrations at the race (Lycos).
          NOTE: FL-based TransWorld Diversified Services has
     joined forces with McCormack Motorsports driver Raul Boesel
     for the remainder of the '98 Pep Boys IRL Championship
     season.  TransWorld will title sponsor Boesel's #30
     McCormack G Force-Oldsmobile V8-Goodyear car (TransWorld).
