FACILITY NOTES

          The ATP Tennis Center in Cincinnati will add two new
     courts for this year's Great American Insurance ATP
     Championship, bringing the total to 10 courts (CINCINNATI
     ENQUIRER, 4/15).  Tournament Dir Paul Flory said that the
     new courts could "enhance the workability of a combined
     event" with the WTA Tour (CINCINNATI POST, 4/15).
     .....Construction of an 8,000-seat arena on the strip in Las
     Vegas will begin April 30.  The North Las Vegas arena has a
     price tag of around $10M, and it expects to host conventions
     and sporting events.  The Professional Indoor Football
     League, which has an office in Las Vegas, may put a
     franchise in the building (LAS VEGAS SUN, 4/14).
