EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          DICK GLOVER has been promoted to Exec VP/Programming at
     ESPN.  Glover will oversee all aspects of ESPN's domestic
     programming efforts.  He had been Senior VP/ESPN Enterprises
     since November '92.  Glover will continue to oversee the
     management of ESPN SportsZone.  In addition, ESPN Senior
     VP/Marketing JUDY FEARING will assume the added
     responsibilities of brand management and the company's
     business development efforts.  She will assume many of
     Glover's responsibilities. ESPN Enterprises' N.Y. staff will
     report to Fearing and she will retain all of her marketing
     responsibilities (ESPN)....The Red Sox extended the contract
     of VP/GM DAN DUQUETTE through 2001 (BOSTON GLOBE, 3/28).
