TYSON PREPARES TO TAKE THE KING TO COURT FOR "AT LEAST" $45M

Three of MIKE TYSON's new advisers say that "when Tyson
sues DON KING for fraud, it will be for at least $45
million," according to Jack Newfield of the N.Y. POST.
Newfield reports that King was "double-dipping" by
"simultaneously paying himself an exorbitant -- but legal --
fee as a promoter for the same fights" that he was taking
30% of Tyson's purse. Tyson also is going after King for
taking the right to reproduce his likeness and "licensing it
without his consent." Tyson's new attorneys, JOHN BRANCA
and DALE KINSELLA, are preparing a "massive fraud suit"
against King, which is "expected to be filed" in NYC or L.A.
in a few weeks. Newfield adds that the suit "will come at
the worst possible time for King," as his federal re-trial
on insurance fraud charges start March 18 (N.Y POST, 2/26).
