REDSKINS CHANGES: LAP OF LUXURY GETS BETTER AT THE BIG JACK

          Redskins President John Kent Cooke officially announced
     a $25M, privately-financed project of additions and
     renovations to Jack Kent Cooke Stadium, according to Thomas
     Heath of the WASHINGTON POST.  Improvements will range from
     "tweaking the sound system to beefing up menus throughout
     the stadium," but the "most noticeable change" will be the
     creation of a climate-controlled, glass-enclosed atrium
     around the club and luxury suite level concourses."  The
     project will be headed by DC-based Group Design Associates
     and KC-based HOK Sport (WASHINGTON  POST, 2/22).
