          FOX NOTES: FSWo will provide live coverage of the '98
     CONCACAF Gold Cup Championship between USA/Mexico, on Sunday
     at 8:00pm ET (FSWo)....Nielsen Media ranked Fox Sports as
     the top U.S. network for sports programming in '97, in all
     dayparts, with a 7.1 rating/17 share, followed by NBC
     (5.9/15); ABC (4.8/12); and CBS (3.4/9) (Fox Sports).
          NOTES: Nickelodeon grossed $564.6M in ad billings in
     '97, which bumped ESPN, with $517.4M, from first place to
     third.  TBS finished second with $524.6M (N.Y. POST, 2/13).
     ...CBS plans on using 88 cameras Sunday in Daytona,
     including 30 in-car cameras (ORLANDO SENTINEL, 2/13)....ESPN
     "disputed suggestions" by TCI that its cable price increases
     were a result of the rising cost of sports programming.  An
     ESPN statement said that rate increases this year "will be a
     matter of pennies" (WASHINGTON POST, 2/13).
