          Quaker State Dir of Marketing KAREN O'QUAIN will lead a
     seminar on auto racing sponsorships at the CIRCLE TRACK
     RACING EXPO in Daytona Beach, FL, tomorrow.  A related
     seminar on maximizing sponsor exposure will take place
     Friday (Circle Track Racing Expo).....MAGIC JOHNSON's movie
     theater company "is eying" a $20-30M plan to acquire the
     Loews Theater in Flatbush, NY.  It would be Johnson
     Development's first NYC outlet (N.Y. DAILY NEWS, 2/10).
     ...Johnson has also formed a partnership with TX-based
     Friday's Hospitality Worldwide Inc. to open TGI Friday's
     Restaurants near his movie theatres in L.A., Atlanta and
     Houston by the end of this year (L.A. TIMES, 2/10).
     ...EVANDER HOLYFIELD and his attorney JIM THOMAS have
     entered the agent business.  The duo's first client is
     Holyfield's sparring partner, GARY BELL (N.Y. TIMES, 2/10).
