EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          TBS has promoted STEVE HEYER to President & CEO.  Heyer
     was formerly President of TBS' Worldwide Sales, Marketing,
     Distribution and Int'l Networks Group.  He will retain those
     duties and add "responsibility for the company's cost side"
     (VARIETY, 1/29)....Texas Motor Speedway (TMS) has named
     MICHAEL CARRANCEJIE VP/Real Estate and Sales.  He had been
     VP/Real Estate (TMS)....Pro Player announced the following
     moves: JASON CAMP joins as Promotions Manager; ANTHONY
     GIARDINA was named Associate Marketing Manager; and PAUL
     LONGO was named Associate Merchandise Manager; STEPHANY
     GREENE was named Merchandising Manager & Designer; and LISA
     DEMARKIS was promoted to Merchandising Manager (Pro Player).
