SAMARANCH SAYS DOPING SCANDAL HURTS CHINA'S OLYMPIC HOPES

IOC President Juan Antonio Samaranch "said yesterday

Jeansonne. But Samaranch and other IOC execs "made it clear
they did not favor banning China from Games competition."
