EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          DON HINTZE was named Advertising Dir at Sport Magazine. 
     He had been National Ad Sales Manager at MLB (N.Y. TIMES,
     12/12)....The Nets hired CHARLES LEONE, JR. as Manager of
     Marketing Services and Operations Analysis (Nets)....The
     Devil Rays hired HARVEY DORFMAN as the team's psychologist.
     Dorfman was previously with the Marlins from '94-97 (ST.
     PETERSBURG TIMES, 12/11).....Fox Sports News named reporter
     and Yankees radio analyst MICHAEL KAY its first bureau-based
     correspondent.  Kay continues his role as a reporter for the
     Yankees and Knicks broadcasts for the MSG Network as well as
     his duties for Yankees radio broadcasts (Fox Sports Net).
