V-FORMATION PUTS ITS SKATES IN THE SAND

          NJ-based V-Formation has signed a sponsorship and
     licensing agreement to become the official skate of Pro
     Beach Hockey (PBH).  The deal, which encompasses both cash
     and in-kind commitments, grants V-Formation on-air benefits
     on ESPN and ESPN2 as well as on-site and hospitality
     opportunities for the 35-game tournament taped weekends from
     May 2-24 at Huntington Beach, CA.  V-Formation will also
     launch the PBH 3000 skate as the exclusive licensed skate of
     Pro Beach Hockey.  Chassis, wheels and boots will also be
     sold separately under the PBH 3000 series brand name (PBH).
