FACILITY NOTES

          Hamilton County and the Bengals will alter their
     stadium agreement this week to ease city concerns that the
     deal gave the team "veto power" over all other development
     in the central riverfront (CINCINNATI ENQUIRER, 11/20)....
     ...Ascent Entertainment had an official groundbreaking
     yesterday for its new $160M Pepsi Center (Ascent)....In
     Nashville, Leisure Management Int'l (LMI), which manages the
     new Nashville Arena, "is making more money than
     anticipated."  LMI, which has booked 83 events including
     arena football and boxing, showed a profit of $227,000.  As
     part of its budget, the city had projected a $310,228 loss
     on the arena (NASHVILLE BANNER, 11/21).
