EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          JOHN RICCARDI was named CFO of InterZine Productions. 
     Riccardi was previously VP & CFO for NewCity Communications. 
     InterZine is publisher of THE DAILY (InterZine)....The MLS
     Mutiny has reorganized its marketing and ticketing
     departments: STEVEN POWELL has been named Dir of Ticket
     Sales, replacing MIKE MOSSHOLDER, who has moved to Dir of
     Corporate Sales; J.C. CROUCH has been promoted to
     VP/Ticketing from Dir of Ticket Ops; MARIA RUTKIN has been
     promoted to Marketing Manager from Promotions Manager; and
     ORLANDO CONGUTA has moved from Ticket Sales to Dir of
     Special Events & Hispanic Marketing (Mutiny)...ESPN named
     ALEX KAMINSKY Dir of Advertising & Program Marketing.  Based
     in N.Y., Kaminsky will develop strategies for MLB, the NFL
     and NHL properties.  He previously was Dir of Sports
     Marketing with TBS SuperStation (BRANDWEEK, 10/20 issue).
