NEW VENTURE CMA WILL TRY TO KEEP AHEAD WITH THEIR JONES

          The Collegiate Licensing Company (CLC) and Host
     Communications (HCI) have formed the new joint venture,
     Collegiate Marketing Associates (CMA).  The Dallas-based
     company will provide marketing services to corporations
     which sponsor and support collegiate athletics and other
     college related activities, and will also develop marketing
     programs to promote the distribution and sales of collegiate
     licensed products.  Former Advantage Int'l Managing Dir Rick
     Jones was named as CEO (CMA).
